Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something doesn’t feel right, here’s how we handle it.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.

Exchanges

• Size exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery.
• Exchanges depend on stock availability.
• If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Not Eligible for Return

• Used, washed, damaged, or altered products.
• Items without original tags or packaging.
• Discounted or clearance items unless received damaged or defective.

Damaged or Wrong Product

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
• We’ll resolve it quickly.

Pickup & Shipping

• Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable.
• If unavailable, return shipping details will be shared by our team.
